SOURDOUGH
WORKSHOP

Learn how to make great sourdough bread at home with Michael and Therese Slee. This fun interactive workshop covers sourdough culture care and the processes of sourdough fermentation and baking. It’s easier than you think. Michael has been baking sourdough bread for over 15 years and is still using the same live culture that was gifted to him all those years ago. He’ll share this with you in class as it’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Participants will get to sample freshly baked bread in class, receive recipes and plenty of tips. You will also get to take home some sourdough culture (starter) to get you started at home. Perfect for first time sourdough bakers!

KIDS ART & CRAFT WORKSHOP

An interactive craft session for kids, lead by talented visual artist Lizette. Kids will be invited to collage coloured pieces of paper together to create a unique self portrait.

BEADED BRACELET WORKSHOP

This is a 2-hour workshop where you will learn the basic techniques of bead weaving in a loom. You will use colourful beads, needle and thread that will be provided during the workshop. At the end of this workshop, you will take your beautiful bracelet home!!! No previous knowledge necessary AGE 10+.
