Using MYOB AccountRight V 19

The skills and knowledge acquired in this course will allow the user to create a company data file complete with historical and opening balances, produce and manage purchase orders and invoices, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and produce BAS documentation.

 

At the completion of this course you should be able to:

Ø create a new company file for use in AccountRight

Ø modify an existing chart of accounts to suit your business needs

Ø make changes to customer and supplier details in the card file

Ø create an inventory in AccountRight of items for sale

Ø purchase items for a business in AccountRight

Ø enter payments for purchases that have been made

Ø produce more complex invoices

Ø apply customer payments to open invoices

Ø work with the inventory that has been set up in AccountRight

Ø use AccountRight's cheque facility for making purchases

Ø reconcile AccountRight data against company bank statements

Ø work with the reporting system in AccountRight

Ø understand how AccountRight is set up

COMPUTERS LEVEL I: THE BASICS

An easy paced course to allow students to build familiarity with computer terminology and confidence in undertaking simple tasks such as sending emails, conducting internet searches, typing and formatting simple text. The course will also cover how to upload photos from external devices

Tuesdays & Thursdays 9.30-1.30

Term 1: 17th April-31st May

COMPUTERS LEVEL II: MICROSOFT WORD & EXCEL

This course is builds on Computers Level I and will cover Microsoft Word and Excel

 It is delivered at an easy pace to allow students sufficient time to gain familiarity and practise undertaking simple computer tasks.  

The Course is delivered utilising Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007.

 

Mondays & Wednesdays 9.30-1.30pm

Term 1: 16th April-4th June ( no class on 25th April)

Costs: $120 Con:$110
